Face Yoga - True Colors workshop

Concept: Deep inside every woman is a true and unique color, why do we let the social perception of “wrinkles” prevent you from releasing confidence inside? Let's meet at the Face Yoga workshop, find out the answer for your silent question “Why do wrinkles come into my life?”. By exchanging perception, scientist knowledge, life experiences and practice face yoga together, you will explore new color in yourself

For who ?

For Vietnamese women and expat women who are living in District 2, they are almost in the range 30s-50s of age.

She feels not confident because of her face’s problems: forehead wrinkles, dark circle eyes, nasolabial folds, double chin, etc. She loves yoga, a healthy lifestyle or she used to come over many surgery, treatments before but they can not be maintained,... There is 1 same point in them: looking for a natural method for our face !

What is intention?

An experience day of happy, comfort, full of laughing

Providing scientist knowledge about face yoga method to everyone

Activities:

10 mins: Sharing, exchanging diverse views of “face yoga”

Game of color: Each client randomly selects any 1 favorite color available in the space they are sitting in. Sharing the meaning behind their random selection. Then, they compare with color of clothes they  are wearing at present

45 mins : Practice

25 mins: Exhibition and experiment scientist models, then explore lessons by yourself:

- Breathing in daily life

- Blood circulation

- How does gravity affect our face everyday ?

- What is facial muscle? How do they work?

- The truth about our face and wrinkles
